1. Service Description
BRIX Algo by Accurexa Intelligence provides an algorithmic trading Expert Advisor (EA) for MetaTrader 5. The EA is licensed software, not sold. Your subscription grants you a revocable, non-transferable license to use the EA on the MetaTrader 5 account(s) registered in your dashboard.
2. Risk Disclosure
Trading financial instruments, including gold (XAUUSD), involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance, including backtest results displayed on this website, is not indicative of future results. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely. Accurexa Intelligence is not a financial advisor and does not provide financial advice. The EA is a tool, not a guarantee of profit.
3. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Your EA license is active only while your subscription is current. If payment fails, your license will be suspended until payment is resolved. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
4. License Restrictions
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute, resell, or share the EA binary or license key. Each license is bound to specific MT5 account number(s) as registered in your dashboard. Starter and Pro plans support one (1) MetaTrader 5 account number registered in your dashboard. Elite plans support up to three (3) MetaTrader 5 account numbers. Each license is bound to the specific MT5 account number(s) registered at the time of purchase. Violation of these terms may result in immediate license revocation without refund.
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds are not available once the license key has been activated and delivered. For billing disputes or technical issues preventing activation, contact support@brixalgo.com with your registered email address and a description of the issue.
6. Online Validation
The EA validates your license by connecting to our servers on startup and periodically during operation. The EA will not function without a valid, active license and internet connectivity. We reserve the right to revoke licenses that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Accurexa Intelligence shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the EA. The EA is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your current subscription period.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
11. Intellectual Property
The BRIX Reactor EA binary, all associated code, algorithms, signal logic, documentation, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of Accurexa Intelligence. No rights are transferred to you under this subscription beyond the limited license described in Section 1. The names BRIX, BRIX Reactor, BrixAlgo, and Accurexa Intelligence are trading names protected under applicable intellectual property law.
